You agree that we may use your personal information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, analyze Platform usage, improve the Site's content and product offerings, and customize the Platform's content, layout, and services. These uses improve the Platform and better tailor it to meet your needs to provide you with a smooth, efficient, safe, and customized experience while using the Platform. By using DREAMSLLY and filling any form on our Platform, you authorize us & both our current and future associate partners (including but not limited to financial partners and several other partners) to communicate with you via SMS, Email, Phone, or any other means to offer you there and our services, imparting product knowledge, offering promotional offers listed on the Platform & offers offered by the associated third parties, regardless of your and your phone number's DNC or DND status.

5. Our Disclosure of Your Information

1. Advertisements

  • Where a user enters information on any form of an advertiser, the data is simultaneously collected by DREAMSLLY and the advertiser (including dealers, sellers, product manufacturers, and banks). The information is used by DREAMSLLY under the terms of this Privacy Policy and is used by the advertiser as per the advertiser's prevalent privacy policies. Because we do not control the privacy practices of these advertisers, you should evaluate their practices before deciding to provide the said information.
  • DREAMSLLY may also aggregate (gather up data across all user accounts) personally identifiable information and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties for other marketing and promotional purposes.

2. Classifieds Listings

  • When a user lists a classifieds advertisement, and the advertisement receives an expression of interest by the interested user, the interested user will be provided the contact information of the user listing the advertisement as provided in that user's registration form.

3. Products and Services Offered on the Site are by Third Parties

There are certain products and services for which third parties request for information before the service is listed on the Platform (example: application for loan). The information provided by the user for such purposes is simultaneously collected by DREAMSLLY and the respective third party (including dealers, product manufacturers, service providers, and banks, etc.). The third-party utilizes this information under its privacy policy and the terms of the offer. Because we do not control the privacy practices of these third parties, you should evaluate their practices before deciding to use their services.

4. Internal Service Providers

We may use third parties that we refer to as internal service providers to facilitate or outsource one or more aspects of the business, product, and service operations that we provide to you on the Platform (e.g., search technology, discussion boards, bill collection, affiliate and rewards programs) and therefore we may provide some of your personal information directly to these internal service providers.   • (c) harm minor in any way;
  • (d) infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights;
  • (e) violates any law for the time being in force;
  • (f) deceives or misleads the Site and or existing and new users about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing;
  • (g) impersonate any other person;
  • (h) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or
  • (i) threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.

6B. Your Use of Other Users' Information

In order to facilitate interaction among all DREAMSLLY community members, our Platform allows you to access other users' contact information. Further, as a seller you will be sent via email the personal details like name and number of the buyer(s), and as a buyer you will be sent via email the personal details like name, number and other information of the seller(s). By entering into our User Agreement, you agree that, with respect to other user's personally identifiable information that you obtain through the Platform or through a DREAMSLLY related communication or DREAMSLLY facilitated transaction, DREAMSLLY hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for:

  • (a) DREAMSLLY related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages,
  • (b) using co-branded services offered through DREAMSLLY, and
  • (c) any other purpose that such user expressly opts into after adequate disclosure of the purpose(s). In all cases, you must give users an opportunity to remove themselves from your database and a chance to review what information you have collected about them

In addition, under no circumstances, except as defined in this Section, can you disclose personally identifiable information about another user to any third party without our consent and the consent of such other user after adequate disclosure.

 

DREAMSLLY and our users do not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add a DREAMSLLY user-even a user who has purchased a products and services for sale from you-to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their express consent after adequate disclosure.

7. Access or Change Your Personally Identifiable Information

To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before granting access or making changes to your personally-identifying information. If you have registered your profile on DREAMSLLY, your DREAMSLLY ID and Password are required in order to access your profile information.

8. Security and Limitation of Liability

We use several processes to safeguard your information, to maintain our data security and to prevent any unauthorized access to your information. For this, we have deployed different physical, electronic and business processes. The safeguards we use are tailored towards the type and sensitivity of the information that we collect, process and transmit, as well as the present technological knowledge and progress.

 

We have deployed several generally accepted industry standards, such as firewalls, encryption, software development processes, traffic monitors, automated tools, and others to protect any information residing with us or being transmitted to us.

 

Whilst utilizing and continually updating our security measures and processes, we do not assume any liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to any reason, such as unauthorized third-party access, transmission errors or others.

 

You should not share your DREAMSLLY access details or credentials with any other party. If we receive instructions using your credentials, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions.

9. Your Consent

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the Platform by DREAMSLLY. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and use practices, the features of our services, or advances in technology.
